I'm very pleased to be auctioning a couple of pieces for Disaster Emergency Commitee Appeal for Ukraine.
The first is this owl tile
It measures 15.5cm square

Feeling as hopeless as we all do as we watch the horrors happening I am grateful to have an opportunity to hopefully raise some money for this charity.

I have recently broken my wrist and unfortunately don't have a great deal of stock and am unable to make anything for some weeks to come.
But I had started to explore a new direction and I'm offering these as they are my favourite things I've made for a while.

It doesn't matter if you've never been to a protest, never made a banner, never marched for anything.
Others have, and we as a society have all benefited enormously.
Protest is utterly necessary for a democratic society.
This effects absolutely everybody. Priti Patel and Boris Johnson are trying to sneak through some extraordinarily draconian amendments, effectively making any kind of protest illegal and punishable by a YEAR in prison.
There is still time to make a difference.

Merry Christmas guys.
It's been a weird old year hasn't it. Normally I really look forward to and feel positive about the coming year but that seems naive and quite ridiculous in these times. 😳
So I'm trying to live as much as possible the now and the now for me is not bad.
Tomorrow I will consciously appreciate all the fortunes I have, by jimeny there's a lot to be grateful for.
