Postage and Terms
I will endeavour to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days, sooner if possible. If there is any delay I will keep you informed.
Deliveries within the UK will be made using Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ 1st Class 1 day delivery or an equivalent courier service.
If you are local to me (Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex) and would prefer to collect your order in person, then please contact me immediately after ordering and I can refund the delivery cost.
International parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Standard Delivery, which take 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. The cost of postage and packaging for this service starts at £10.00. A tracked or signed delivery will be used for higher value parcels and can be arranged at extra cost on all items if you contact me immediately after making your order.
All local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

I make every effort to reuse and recycle as much packaging as possible. This doesn’t mean I compromise at all on the safety of the parcel. At the moment I use bubble wrap to cushion the pieces in their boxes but am searching for a more sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative.
If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your item, I can accept returns within 10 working days of you receiving them. Please contact me at email@example.com to arrange details of the return. For a refund, items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send photographs of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. As all items are unique I may not be able to replace exactly like-with-like, but I will do my very best.
